Inji Thyir is a Kerala style traditional dish made during occasions such as Onam, Vishu and even Birthdays. During old times, our ancestral say that this dish can be used as a substitute for 100 curries. Even this is called as a medicinal curry as it has ginger in it which can help us to digest our food easily.

- Thick curd – ½ cup
- Ginger – ½ inch (finely chopped)
- Green chilies – 1no (finely chopped)
- Salt as per taste.

Method:
Take a small bowl. Add finely chopped ginger, green chillies and salt to thick curd. Nicely mix.
Inji Thyir is ready to serve as a side dish.
