Atta Laddu/ Wheat Flour Ladoo is a easy and tasty sweet ladoo recipe. Wheat Ladoo recipe tastes almost similar to our Besan Ladoo. This can be considered as a healthy recipe for your kids too. I never expected that the taste of this ladoo will be this good and rich.Wheat flour, Sugar, Cardamom powder are the ingredients required for making this delicious ladoo. This recipe can be added to our Diwali recipes too. So lets get into the recipe and make some wonderful and yummy ladoos.

Wheat Flour Ladoo
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour/ Atta / Godambu Podi : 2cups
- Melted Ghee : 1/2 cup
- Sugar : 2cups
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2tsp
Method:
- Roast wheat flour in a kadai in low flame till color of the flour slightly changes. This process takes approximately about 7-8mins.
- Then add melted ghee and keep roasting the flour for more 5 to 6mins.
- Turn off the heat and allow the flour to get slightly warm.
- Grind the sugar to a fine powder.
- When the flour is warm to handle with our palm,add powdered sugar and cardamom powder, mix well with the laddle.
- Now shape the wheat flour mixture into fine round laddoo shape. The laddoos shape should be slightly small than a golf ball.
- Leave the laddoos in a plate to cool. Once the ladoos are cooled, transfer and store them in an airtight container.
- Tasty, Easy and Healthy Wheat ladoos are ready to serve.
